TraDome Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TraDome website, mobile services, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using TraDome, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Editorial Rights

TraDome may edit formatting, categorize submissions, shorten titles, correct grammar, or remove duplicate/spam content while preserving substance where practical. We are not required to publish any submission.

User License to Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant TraDome a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Store
Display
Reproduce
Translate
Adapt
Promote
Analyze
Use in marketing
Use in product development

This license continues for content already lawfully used before deletion requests.

Intellectual Property

All Platform intellectual property, including logos, branding, design, databases, software, rankings, text, graphics, and systems belong to TraDome or its licensors.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit Platform materials without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Scrape data
Use bots without permission
Circumvent bans
Manipulate rankings
Create fake accounts
Interfere with security
Harvest personal data
Send malware
Abuse staff
Conduct fraud
Misrepresent regulation status
Post illegal content

Accuracy of Information

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that listings, reviews, spreads, leverage, bonuses, licenses, fees, or other information is current, complete, or correct. Third-party businesses may change terms without notice.

Educational Content & Market Commentary

Subscription billing may recur automatically until canceled

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraDome shall not be liable for:

Trading losses
Lost profits
Missed opportunities
Reputation damage
Indirect losses
Consequential damages
Data loss
Third-party misconduct
Account closures by brokers
Delays or outages

If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

Amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraDome, affiliates, officers, staff, and partners from claims arising out of:

Your misuse of the Platform
Your content
Your law violations
Your breach of TraDome Terms & Conditions

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for:

Rule violations
Fraud
Abuse
Legal risk
Security concerns
Fake review activity
Reputational attacks
Payment disputes

We may do so with or without notice where appropriate.

Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or section at any time. We are not liable for such changes.

Changes to TraDome Terms & Conditions

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated and continued use after updates means acceptance.

Governing Law

TraDome Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of TraDome, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

Disputes

You agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt informal resolution before filing formal claims, where legally permitted.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

TraDome Terms & Conditions, together with referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and TraDome regarding Platform use.
